Dodgy SAFEBRAKE Braided brake hoses

SAFEBRAKE HOSES ARE UNSAFE. I'm looking for a set of braided brake hoses for my st205 that fit in the same way as the OEM ones. I have a set of HEL hoses though they aren't a direct fit. Any ideas?

I just read the description and it says you need to modify the brackets. Wtf? Why bother making these so they don't fit the intended car? Surely it would be no more effort to do it right????

I feel your pain. I have bought many things that don't fit. I bought a wastegate actuator from Fensport in the UK for my st205 and even asked them to confirm before I bought it that it was a direct fit and they said yes. To get it to fit I needed to use an angle grinder, drill two holes in the oem bracket and then paint it. I complained about them misrepresenting the part on their site and I was ignored. Not happy!

FYI I'm pretty sure that the ball joint on the front of the st205 would be different to the other models, because it has Superstrut suspension whereas the other models have MacPherson strut suspension

184 and 185 are definitely the same. The 185 does have stiffer springs though to cater for the additional weight from the larger gearbox plus the 4wd transfer case etc

Safebrake hoses DO NOT FIT A ST205 at all.
    Do not buy them.
The brackets aren't even close to being like the OEM ones and the hoses are too long so there is no way to fit them without them fouling on the suspension when on full lock.
The rear hoses fit (kind of) though the fronts definitely don't fit.
