Brake issue

I  recntly picked up a 184 coup with bit rego, was told needed brake pads rotor machined done that as well as fluid flush as it was black and bleed brakes, brakes good firm pedal but another issue arose if you hit brakes let off hit again the pedal Drops allmost to floor still has has brakes soon let pedal up press again its fine  even passed the braks test for pink slip been told its either master cyl or the booster  any ideas guys and if it is how do you get to bottom nut and nut closest to inner of master cyl to get it off cheers guys  i picked up a haynes workshop manual off ebay $5 its next to ussles dont tell you only says remove bolts
and it refers to LHD all through book

    It's definitely the master cylinder that needs replacing. From memory, there are two bolts. One is accessible from the engine bay, and the other is accessible from under the steering wheel.
