Rear awd sub frame

Hi guys, need some wisdom on what fits the back end of a 94 celica. I have a fwd that I want to convert to awd, I can get everything else I need but no luck with the rear diff assembly. Does anyone know if anything else is compatible with little modification. Was thinking supra but not sure. Thanks in advance.

The floor pan and chassis is different between the FWD and GT4 model. You can't simply buy a GT4 rear subframe and bolt it to a FWD car. Anything can be done with time, money, an angle grinder and a welder though.

Yeah I thought that would be the case, just was looking to see what was the closest fitment.
