ignition coil 3S-GTE

Hi guys a friend gave me a coil that was on a 184 whe sent to the scrappys said had a 5S-FE  didnt think thr 5S had external coil was in the dissy ,question is  dose the 185 3S-GTE use this same coil the numbers on it are -19500-74040 &
100297-0440 as il need one for my 3S-GTE when i go to use it cheers

    That coil will work OK with your 3S.
     
    FYI it is only the later model 5SFE that had the coil in the dizzy. The earlier 5SFE used an external coil. The earlier model 5SFE has red writing on the cam cover and the later one just has an alloy cam cover with no paint on it.
