hub swap 5 x 100 to 5 x 114 whats involved

hi guys  has any one  swapped their hubs from  5 x 100   to 5 x 114     since ive found it near  impossible   to find decent rims for my car, ive  tyred   2 sets suberu rims, 1 was a set 16'' with 48 offset front was fine but scraped to bad on the rear struts, second was a set 15"  rear no probs but bound on the front calipers and since I have to get a blue slip a set of  spacers out the question, so   I think its time   to do it   I can  see the rear is a straight forwards unbolt n bolt back on  but the front  whats involved    ive been    told  2 different  things , 1 was you can use  set of cammry  hubs and knuckels  but from wat I can find they not a straight  swap , the other  was you have  to press  the  hubs out of the celica  knuckels and press  a set of RAV 4 hubs in ,   who has done this swap   and what did you have to   do, cheers   richy  :)
